All included locations offer one-time admission with the City Card. Unfortunately, it is not possible to visit the same location more than once.
The Van Gogh Museum and the Anne Frank House are not included in the City Card. If you’d like to visit them, we recommend booking your tickets as early as possible. You can do this directly on the Van Gogh Museum and Anne Frank House websites.
You can easily order the City Card directly on our website, or buy one in person at the I amsterdam Store, located at the back of Amsterdam Central Station. You can find the address and opening hours here.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer special City Card discounts for children. However, many Amsterdam museums provide free or reduced entry for children, and GVB (the public transport company) sells Day Tickets for kids. Would you like to know the exact prices for children at the museums? Download the overview of entrance fees here.
Booking timeslots
Most City Card locations don’t require a timeslot reservation. To find out which ones do, you can browse all locations that require a time slot on our Book timeslots page.
Booking a time slot can differ depending on the activity. To find out how to book, visit our Book timeslots page and follow the instructions for the location you want to visit. You can book timeslots in advance with both the digital and physical City Card.
